About This Role
- Own design and development of high-performance, scalable, and secure backend applications using Golang.
- Optimize existing Golang applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to recruitment and mentoring processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of software development experience with substantial Golang and cloud infrastructure expertise.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies including unit and integration testing for Golang applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing concurrent, high-performance backend systems using Golang in cloud environments.
- Familiar with distributed systems architecture and container orchestration technologies.
- Able to lead projects, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor juniors, and contribute to hiring decisions.
