Design, develop, and deliver scalable, maintainable, high-quality full stack software solutions using Java, SpringBoot, JPA, Microservices, and related technologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, devise solutions, and integrate with business objectives.
Lead or guide teams on complex tasks, ensure secure coding, implement unit testing, and contribute to technology innovation and risk mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
Experience with backend technologies: Java, SpringBoot, JPA, Microservices, Rest, TDD, and unit testing.
Proficient in database technologies including SQL (Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and platforms: Openshift/Kubernetes, GitLab, JIRA, SonarQube, Maven/Gradle, message queues like Kafka or IBM MQ.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent understanding of computer science concepts, object-oriented design, and data structures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering enterprise-grade full stack applications, preferably with exposure to Payments domain (highly desirable but not mandatory).
Operates effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams capable of leading or mentoring team members and influencing stakeholders.
Skilled in secure coding practices, risk controls, and quality assurance with a mindset toward operational effectiveness in technology product delivery.
