About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, maintainable, high-quality full stack software solutions using Java, SpringBoot, JPA, Microservices, and related technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, devise solutions, and integrate with business objectives.
- Lead or guide teams on complex tasks, ensure secure coding, implement unit testing, and contribute to technology innovation and risk mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with backend technologies: Java, SpringBoot, JPA, Microservices, Rest, TDD, and unit testing.
- Proficient in database technologies including SQL (Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and platforms: Openshift/Kubernetes, GitLab, JIRA, SonarQube, Maven/Gradle, message queues like Kafka or IBM MQ.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent understanding of computer science concepts, object-oriented design, and data structures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering enterprise-grade full stack applications, preferably with exposure to Payments domain (highly desirable but not mandatory).
- Operates effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams capable of leading or mentoring team members and influencing stakeholders.
- Skilled in secure coding practices, risk controls, and quality assurance with a mindset toward operational effectiveness in technology product delivery.
