About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple Applications Development teams to achieve business and technical goals, including personnel management such as hiring and performance evaluations.
- Provide technical oversight and review of complex solutions across multiple technology stacks with emphasis on AI-native development, cloud, and full stack technologies.
- Drive strategy formulation for application development, ensure compliance with regulations and policies, and manage delivery, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Hands-on expertise with Java (Spring Boot, microservices), frontend frameworks (Angular and/or React), and databases (Oracle and/or PostgreSQL).
- Experience with AI-native software development including use of AI coding agents (Devin, Claude Code).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
