Lead and manage multiple Applications Development teams to achieve business and technical goals, including personnel management such as hiring and performance evaluations.
Provide technical oversight and review of complex solutions across multiple technology stacks with emphasis on AI-native development, cloud, and full stack technologies.
Drive strategy formulation for application development, ensure compliance with regulations and policies, and manage delivery, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
Hands-on expertise with Java (Spring Boot, microservices), frontend frameworks (Angular and/or React), and databases (Oracle and/or PostgreSQL).
Experience with AI-native software development including use of AI coding agents (Devin, Claude Code).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
