About This Role
- Lead and deliver complex control testing automation projects from start to finish as a senior subject matter expert in Business and functional areas.
- Develop and enforce quality-checking procedures to ensure compliance with policies and control testing standards while collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate risks such as Regulatory/AML/KYC/Sanctions/Fraud.
- Drive continuous improvement in control testing accuracy, efficiency, and quality; conduct risk reviews of operational events and partner with business units to implement remediation and share lessons learned.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Applications, or Engineering; BTech/B.E/MCA also acceptable.
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience developing codes in SAS, SQL, Python environments with strong RDBMS concepts.
- Proven expertise in Business risk, controls, compliance, and data management within banking products domain (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans, Insurance).
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in relevant roles explicitly stated.
