Lead and deliver complex control testing automation projects from start to finish as a senior subject matter expert in Business and functional areas.
Develop and enforce quality-checking procedures to ensure compliance with policies and control testing standards while collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate risks such as Regulatory/AML/KYC/Sanctions/Fraud.
Drive continuous improvement in control testing accuracy, efficiency, and quality; conduct risk reviews of operational events and partner with business units to implement remediation and share lessons learned.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Applications, or Engineering; BTech/B.E/MCA also acceptable.
8-12 years of hands-on experience developing codes in SAS, SQL, Python environments with strong RDBMS concepts.
Proven expertise in Business risk, controls, compliance, and data management within banking products domain (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans, Insurance).
Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in relevant roles explicitly stated.
