Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for data and reporting across Finance Operations and Actuarial functions.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, data mapping, and support development of data models and reporting tools.
Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and data engineers to align solutions with business goals and act as SPOC for data queries in engineering and testing teams.
Minimum Requirements
6–10 years experience as a Business/Data Analyst in financial services or insurance.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Scrum).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with data governance, business process modelling, and resolving data quality issues collaboratively.
Comfortable leading stakeholder communications including workshops and requirement validations across multinational teams.
Has knowledge or experience with Azure technologies and data visualisation tools (Power BI) to complement core analysis skills.
