Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy and quality assurance initiatives across customer implementations and product development.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product teams, TechOps, and Production Support to identify quality risks, define testing scope, and ensure release quality.
Drive continuous improvement through AI-assisted testing, automation optimization, and oversee QA governance including quality metrics and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering leading enterprise-scale QA initiatives.
Hands-on expertise in automation frameworks using Java and modern testing tools; strong experience in API (REST, SOAP), database, integration, and end-to-end system testing.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Oracle and SQL databases, Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, and cloud platforms like OCI or Microsoft Azure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in testing enterprise applications with a solid understanding of software architecture and scalable multi-tenant cloud environments.
Proficient in implementing QA governance, release readiness, risk management, and production issue troubleshooting in cross-functional collaborations.
Experience or functional knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Order Management, or Enterprise SaaS domains is highly desirable.
