About This Role
- Lead design and architecture of high-volume, low-latency Java microservices and AI/ML integration solutions within enterprise financial applications.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Java-based microservices, APIs, and AI-driven components ensuring scalability, performance, and code quality.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers, driving best practices, collaborating across teams, and resolving complex production issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience with focus on Java Microservices and AI/ML integration.
- Expertise in Java (JDK 11+), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, and microservices architectures with middleware such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems and working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Senior-level engineer with strong full-stack development skills combining Java microservices and AI/ML integration in complex enterprise environments.
- Experienced technical leader able to lead architectural strategy, mentor teams, and collaborate cross-functionally including with data scientists and front-end developers.
- Familiar with financial services domain requirements, scalable distributed systems, and modern DevOps/MLOps practices for production-grade software and AI services.
