Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years professional software engineering experience with minimum 2 years in engineering management.
Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, REST API, microservices architecture, and cloud platform expertise (AWS preferred).
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS), DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC like Terraform), and enterprise file transfer protocols (e.g., SFTP, FTPS, AS2).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record managing and growing high-performing engineering teams and driving technical productivity.
Experience with distributed SaaS systems, cloud-native microservices architecture, and integrating AI/ML concepts into enterprise products.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise application integration (preferably SAP).
