About This Role
- Design and engineer innovative, scalable, secure software solutions with a focus on customer experience and performance.
- Define and provide oversight of architecture models, roadmaps, and engineering governance for enterprise banking platforms.
- Collaborate with feature teams and act as technical lead and point of contact for solution design across the full software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software design, engineering, and architecture with a focus on scalable solutions and customer experience.
- Proficient hands-on experience with Java, microservices, AWS cloud technologies, and modern software design patterns.
- Experience in solution architecture, team management, and end-to-end SDLC delivery within Agile and DevOps frameworks.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 15 years in relevant software engineering and architecture roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven technical leadership in matrix environments driving engineering excellence and technical strategy execution.
- Strong expertise in designing APIs and applying test-driven development with automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with newer technologies such as React, Python, AI frameworks (Amazon Bedrock, agentic AI, RAG frameworks, vector databases) to innovate platform solutions.
