Manage end-to-end trade settlement workflows and serve as the primary operational contact for assigned institutional counterparties.
Perform daily reconciliations across internal ledgers and external platforms to ensure 100% data accuracy and promptly resolve breaks.
Collaborate with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize liquidity, execution workflows, and operational controls in the digital asset lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
4–8 years of experience in middle office, trade operations, or settlements at Investment Bank, Hedge Fund, Proprietary Trading Firm, or Digital Asset Brokerage.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong operational and process discipline with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight settlement windows.
Domain knowledge or strong interest in digital asset market structures, blockchain mechanics, and relevant protocols.
Ideal Candidate Profile
