About This Role
- Own end-to-end product outcomes for the Cordant Applications Studio portfolio, including strategy, roadmap, development, delivery, and measurable business impact.
- Define and manage multi-quarter roadmap balancing platform investments, reusable components, AI-enabled workflows, and product line needs.
- Lead a team of product managers to drive consistency, reuse, scalability, and quality across multiple domains within a complex, global matrixed environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Significant experience leading product management for applications, data, analytics, or platform products, including platform-scale products used by multiple teams or customers.
- Experience operating within complex, global, matrixed organizations; proven ability to lead teams and deliver end-to-end product outcomes.
- Strong understanding of industrial applications, composable architectures, and application enabling platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strategic product leadership with experience managing platform products that enable ecosystem growth and reuse across multiple teams or customer bases.
- Comfortable working in technical environments involving cloud-native and hybrid data architectures, ecosystems, marketplaces, or low-code platforms.
- Experienced in industrial, energy, or asset-intensive domains, capable of navigating matrixed global organizations with strong stakeholder alignment skills.
