Lead development efforts including code reviews, model documentation, mentorship, and ensuring ethical AI and prompt engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
7–12 years total experience, with at least 4+ years of high-quality AI/ML experience.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace.
