About This Role
- Design, build, validate, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models focusing on real-world problem solving including Generative AI and recommendation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product, business stakeholders) to translate business problems into technical AI/ML solutions.
- Lead development efforts including code reviews, model documentation, mentorship, and ensuring ethical AI and prompt engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–12 years total experience, with at least 4+ years of high-quality AI/ML experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace.
