Own design, governance, and evolution of the Forge Design System components, patterns, and tokens used across financial institution client products.
Design and maintain Figma component libraries with 1:1 alignment to React Native code components, including creation of new components and documentation of usage patterns.
Manage federated contribution intake and quality, conduct design audits for accessibility and design fidelity, and support adoption across product teams.
Minimum Requirements
4–6 years of UX/UI design experience with strong focus on design systems or component library work.
Advanced proficiency in Figma including components, variants, auto-layout, variables, and Dev Mode / Code Connect.
Experience designing for cross-platform environments (iOS, Android, Web) and strong understanding of design tokens bridging design and engineering.
Working fluency in reading front-end component code (HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, or React) to verify design-to-code parity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in systems-level design with demonstrated ability to handle design system components, tokens, and pattern documentation end-to-end.
Comfortable operating in a cross-platform, React Native environment with experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
