Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of automotive projects from nomination to SOP and post-launch stabilization.
Serve as primary liaison for OEM customers, handling reviews, escalations, audits, and communication.
Drive APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, validation, tooling, and customer approvals, managing project risks, costs, and cross-functional coordination.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years in automotive project/program management with 5-7 years in customer-facing OEM roles.
Experience with ADAS, camera systems, mirrors, electronics, mechatronics, or related automotive vision products.
BE/B.Tech degree mandatory; advanced certifications like PMP, Prince2, Six Sigma, IATF are advantageous.
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, launch readiness, validation, tooling, change management, and automotive quality standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-location teams with strong ownership and communication skills.
Experienced managing complex automotive technology programs in ADAS or vision-based safety systems.
Skilled in structured project governance and escalation management within OEM automotive contexts.
