Lead design and development of an agentic AI platform enabling non-technical business users to configure, deploy, and manage AI agents.
Architect and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-agent orchestration systems for complex AI workflows.
Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and observability while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent based on work experience, training, education, or military service.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python programming.
Experience with AI/Generative AI applications in production, including RAG architectures and multi-agent orchestration.
Experience with container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building production-grade generative AI systems incorporating advanced techniques like embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
Demonstrated ability to design API-driven, configuration-driven frameworks for end-users in enterprise environments, preferably with financial services domain exposure.
Proficient in scalable distributed system design incorporating CI/CD, observability, resilience patterns, and security practices such as AD/SSO and RBAC.
