About This Role
- Own end-to-end UX design for complex, multi-step financial product workflows including research, flows, wireframes, UI, and prototyping for mobile and web platforms.
- Deliver pixel-perfect UI with strong visual hierarchy, micro-interactions, and accessibility compliance with WCAG standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to balance business goals, user needs, and engineering constraints while mentoring junior designers and raising design quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design with a strong hybrid portfolio.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors Engineering, Product Design, Communication Design, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- Strong Figma expertise and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other visual design and wireframing tools.
- Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing fintech or data-heavy interfaces, especially for both mobile and web platforms.
- Skilled at translating ambiguous requirements into structured, intuitive design solutions with pixel-level detailing.
- Able to lead design thinking through clear storytelling, facilitate design critiques, and proactively improve UX/UI quality across teams.
