Own end-to-end UX design for complex, multi-step financial product workflows including research, flows, wireframes, UI, and prototyping for mobile and web platforms.
Deliver pixel-perfect UI with strong visual hierarchy, micro-interactions, and accessibility compliance with WCAG standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally to balance business goals, user needs, and engineering constraints while mentoring junior designers and raising design quality.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design with a strong hybrid portfolio.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors Engineering, Product Design, Communication Design, Behavioral Science, or related field.
Strong Figma expertise and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other visual design and wireframing tools.
Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing fintech or data-heavy interfaces, especially for both mobile and web platforms.
