About This Role
- Manage and validate approximately 90 data requests within the ComLIMS Program ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with data governance policies.
- Perform data quality checks, documentation, and data clean-ups to maintain high-quality data and flag discrepancies for review.
- Support end-users with data-related inquiries and requests ensuring timely resolution within SLA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in data management, master data administration, or customer support.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Science or similar field.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL and WordPress is advantageous.
