Manage and validate approximately 90 data requests within the ComLIMS Program ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with data governance policies.
Perform data quality checks, documentation, and data clean-ups to maintain high-quality data and flag discrepancies for review.
Support end-users with data-related inquiries and requests ensuring timely resolution within SLA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of experience in data management, master data administration, or customer support.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Science or similar field.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL and WordPress is advantageous.
