Manage end-to-end operational projects ensuring on-time, within budget delivery with high quality and safety standards.
Serve as a key partner to clients by delivering seamless, innovative operational solutions that enhance client operational performance.
Oversee complex projects including coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and documentation especially related to MEP systems and BOQ preparation.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience, preferably in operations, corporate real estate, or facilities management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
Work location: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Work schedule: 6 days per week, 48 hours weekly.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing full project lifecycle with strong financial management and stakeholder handling skills.
Proficient with project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with commercial real estate services, process improvement (Lean Six Sigma), sustainability (ESG), and PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
