Manage and oversee delivery of soft services including housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, and waste management across assigned facilities.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements, conduct vendor performance reviews, and manage vendor relationships to maintain service quality and regulatory compliance.
Serve as primary client contact for soft services, handle escalations, and support budget management for soft services operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in facility management focusing on soft services operations with vendor and client management experience.
Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office; Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
On-site work location: Gurugram, Haryana. Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
