Implement and maintain Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across corporate workplace and facility operations.
Ensure statutory compliance, conduct safety inspections and audits, and manage contractor safety including Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes.
Coordinate fire and life safety management including emergency preparedness, incident investigations, and promote employee safety awareness.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of EHS experience in Corporate Offices, IT Parks, Commercial Buildings, Facility Management, or Real Estate environments.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety or Environment Management preferred.
Experience managing contractor safety, Permit-to-Work systems, and fire & life safety operations is mandatory.
Location: On-site at Gandhinagar, Gujarat; 6 days a week working schedule, 48 hours per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with EHS compliance and audits specifically in facility management or real estate sectors, ideally with exposure to organizations like JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield or similar.
Operationally strong in conducting hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and managing emergency response programs.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and local authorities to ensure safety and compliance.
