About This Role
- Own the full lifecycle of production-grade AI solutions including design, development, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and scaling.
- Develop and deploy LLM applications, multi-agent workflows, RAG systems, and scalable AI services for engineering co-pilots and knowledge assistants.
- Mentor junior engineers, lead architecture design, establish best practices, and collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of Software Engineering / Machine Learning experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI experience including LLMs and AI agent development.
- Proficiency in Python, LangGraph, Transformers, FastAPI, and integrations with cloud AI platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable AI systems with enterprise-level system design and a strong understanding of SDLC.
- Demonstrates hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Capable of independently delivering end-to-end AI product solutions while mentoring and leading engineering teams.
