Own the full lifecycle of production-grade AI solutions including design, development, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and scaling.
Develop and deploy LLM applications, multi-agent workflows, RAG systems, and scalable AI services for engineering co-pilots and knowledge assistants.
Mentor junior engineers, lead architecture design, establish best practices, and collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of Software Engineering / Machine Learning experience.
2+ years of hands-on Generative AI experience including LLMs and AI agent development.
Proficiency in Python, LangGraph, Transformers, FastAPI, and integrations with cloud AI platforms such as Azure and AWS.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable AI systems with enterprise-level system design and a strong understanding of SDLC.
Demonstrates hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies and agent orchestration frameworks.
Capable of independently delivering end-to-end AI product solutions while mentoring and leading engineering teams.
