About This Role
- Manage and ensure accuracy and integrity of master data including Material, Production, Quality data across the organization.
- Perform data operations tasks such as maintenance, validation, and creation of ECN, Bill of Materials, master recipe, and material master data specific to Pharma.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve data issues, support data governance, compliance, data migration, integration projects, and monitor performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP ECC, master data management, data governance, or data operations, preferably in healthcare or biotech supply chains.
- Experience with SAP MDG, SAP ECC, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP and understanding of master data management processes and governance frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling master data in regulated environments, especially Pharma or biotech supply chains.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyze large datasets and identify root causes of data issues.
- Able to communicate data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across global virtual teams.
