Own and lead Power Platform tenant-to-tenant migration patterns and act as the escalation authority for assigned region.
Develop and maintain runbooks for migration preparation, execution, validation, remediation, and provide wave risk assessments with mitigation and rollback strategies.
Support cutovers, hypercare, and ensure audit-compliant evidence capture for business-critical Power Platform apps and flows, coordinating with identity specialists for dependency resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 9 years of hands-on experience executing tenant-to-tenant Power Platform migrations with expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate operational concepts.
Strong skills in export/import, reconfiguration, admin tooling, runbook discipline, and evidence capture suitable for audit and governance.
Ability to work within a 24x7 three-shift Factory model with mandatory shift handovers and performance measured on shift outcomes.
Clear technical documentation skills and experience troubleshooting complex defects including connection references, permissions, and environment settings.

Experienced in process-driven execution with high attention to detail within high-tempo, shift-based operational environments.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate across shifts and with identity/auth specialists to manage dependencies and blockers.
