Technical Consultant – Migration Engineer (Power Platform Tenant Migration)

Execute Power Platform tenant-to-tenant migrations by running established runbooks including export/import of solutions, connection reconfiguration, enabling flows, and smoke testing.

Maintain high-quality ticket documentation and evidence capture; triage and resolve standard issues using playbooks; escalate complex problems with detailed diagnostics.

Operate within a 24x7 three-shift factory model focusing on reliable execution, low defect rates, and rapid remediation; support reporting on throughput and issue trends for continuous improvement.

Minimum 7 years hands-on experience with production Power Platform tenant-to-tenant migrations execution.

Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate including solutions, connection references, and admin tooling.

Ability to work in a 24x7 shift model including mandatory handovers with clear, structured communication.

Strong runbook discipline for audit/governance evidence capture, technical documentation skills, and process-driven execution with high attention to detail.

Experience managing migration tasks in a high-volume, continuous operations environment following strict runbooks and governance standards.

Comfortable with shift work and collaborative handovers in a structured 24x7 factory team model.

Familiarity with related Power Platform concepts like Dataverse and ALM practices, with Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400) as a plus.
