Manage end-to-end employee transportation operations for a corporate office with 4,500+ employees ensuring safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
Lead vendor management including performance reviews, SLA compliance, invoice validation, and vendor governance.
Drive transportation efficiency improvements, manage transport helpdesk and employee satisfaction, oversee technology systems, and deliver operational performance reports to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field (postgraduate preferred).
8-12 years of experience in corporate transportation, facilities management, logistics, or fleet management with 3-5 years in a team leadership role.
Experience managing transportation for 4,000+ employees preferred; experience in multinational corporate environments highly desirable.
Work location: Hybrid with minimum 3 days in-office per week; timings 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
