Lead end-to-end business requirements management including elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and traceability.
Act as domain SME providing strategic consulting and supporting business transformation within BFSI and digital programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, product owners, developers, and testers to ensure solutions meet requirements and support delivery lifecycle activities such as Agile ceremonies, UAT, defect triage, and release management.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience in Business Analysis, Consulting or Functional Analysis roles.
Proven expertise in requirements documentation (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories), process modelling, gap analysis and Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall).
Proficient with tools including JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, Excel and Power BI for requirements and project management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Engineering or related field; certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile or SAFe preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in BFSI domain including Banking, Payments, Investment Banking, or Insurance with strong knowledge of business transformation and digitalization.
Strong strategic and analytical skills to assess complex business processes, identify gaps, and recommend effective solutions supporting process improvement and business outcomes.
Skilled facilitator and communicator capable of managing stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and maintaining alignment between business and technical teams throughout solution delivery.
