Design, develop, test and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance Android applications using Kotlin and modern architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and implement asynchronous operations with Coroutines and Flow while applying dependency injection and local data persistence (Room, SQLite).
Collaborate across teams (Product, UI/UX, QA, Backend), participate in Agile ceremonies, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, mentor juniors, and support secure application delivery in financial domain contexts.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Android development experience with Kotlin and good Java knowledge.
Proficiency with Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack Components, MVVM and Clean Architecture, dependency injection frameworks (Dagger, Hilt, Koin).
Experience integrating REST APIs, JSON handling, Room Database/SQLite, Coroutines, Flow; familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum.
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant certifications or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large-scale, secure Android application development specifically in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or related domains.
Strong operation within modern Android architectural patterns, enforcing coding standards, testability and security compliance in regulated environments.
