Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10+ years professional experience with Core Java, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, IBM MQ, and related frameworks.
Minimum 5+ years experience architecting enterprise-scale applications or platforms with proven leadership in technical decisions and delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field mandatory.
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and familiarity with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated senior technical leadership skills with ability to influence global cross-functional teams and mentor engineers without formal authority.
Strong expertise in full-stack development with microservices, cloud-ready applications, and operational excellence in production environments.
