Own and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of major and critical IT incidents, coordinating across technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and executives to restore services rapidly.
Serve as Incident Commander during high-pressure situations, maintaining accountability until service restoration and business stabilization.
Drive continuous improvement in incident response processes, automation, resiliency, and collaborate with Problem Management to reduce recurring issues.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years overall IT experience with 9+ years in IT Service Management and Enterprise Operations.
6+ years experience as Major Incident Commander or equivalent in complex, global 24x7 environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
ITIL v4 Foundation certification required; advanced ITIL certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leadership in managing high-severity, business-critical incidents across global teams in regulated industries such as Financial Services or Banking.
Strong technical acumen across infrastructure and application domains to effectively coordinate multi-disciplinary teams during incidents.
