Provide valuation analysis and services for mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions to assist clients in decision-making.
Utilize valuation techniques including cost of capital, discounted cash flow (DCF), and other financial modeling tools.
Use advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, with possible exposure to financial databases like Bloomberg and Capitaline.
Minimum Requirements
1-3 years of experience in valuations or financial modeling.
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master's degree (Post Graduation).
Mandatory skills: Financial Modelling and Valuation Modeling.
Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in valuations or financial modeling.
