Support sales teams by designing, positioning, and delivering Cisco-based solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Provide comprehensive presales technical support including solution design, Bill of Materials (BoM) creation, and proposal documentation.
Deliver technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to partners and customers; assist in RFP/RFI responses and partner enablement.
Minimum Requirements
3–8 years of experience in presales, network engineering, or solution architecture.
Mandatory prior experience with Cisco product portfolio.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science) or equivalent.
Preferred certifications include CCNA and CCNP; Cisco Specialist certifications are an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to design scalable, cost-effective Cisco solutions aligning with enterprise IT infrastructure needs.
Experience working with system integrators, distributors, or OEMs indicating strong partner engagement skills.
Proven track record in presales roles requiring technical presentations, solution architecture, and collaboration with sales and Cisco teams.
