Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and design appropriate Cisco technology solutions.
Provide presales technical support including solution design, BoM creation, technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts to partners and customers.
Support deal processes such as RFP/RFI responses, partner enablement, pricing, and solution compliance while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
3–8 years of experience in presales, network engineering, or solution architecture.
Prior experience and strong knowledge of Cisco product portfolio and technologies (Routing & Switching, Security, Wireless, Collaboration, Data Center) is mandatory.
Effective communication and customer-facing presentation skills needed.
Preferred Certifications: CCNA and CCNP (Cisco Specialist certifications advantageous).

Experienced in presales with ability to design scalable, cost-effective Cisco solutions aligned with enterprise IT infrastructure.
