Manage and process recurring monthly financial data including expense service entries and enterprise reporting presentations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Perform daily financial data validation and support data management activities across multiple reporting files, systems, and dashboards.
Maintain and improve Excel-based finance models, reporting templates, and process documentation to enhance finance operations and reporting quality.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, financial reporting, data analysis, or a related area.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data manipulation, and spreadsheet formatting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets for validation and reconciliation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Early-career finance professional with exposure to month-end close, financial reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
Experience or internship in FP&A, finance, or business analytics with familiarity in enterprise financial systems such as Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred.
Detail-oriented individual who can maintain and enhance process documentation, improve recurring finance workflows, and communicate data issues effectively.
