About This Role
- Manage and process recurring monthly financial data including expense service entries and enterprise reporting presentations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform daily financial data validation and support data management activities across multiple reporting files, systems, and dashboards.
- Maintain and improve Excel-based finance models, reporting templates, and process documentation to enhance finance operations and reporting quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, financial reporting, data analysis, or a related area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data manipulation, and spreadsheet formatting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets for validation and reconciliation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early-career finance professional with exposure to month-end close, financial reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
- Experience or internship in FP&A, finance, or business analytics with familiarity in enterprise financial systems such as Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred.
- Detail-oriented individual who can maintain and enhance process documentation, improve recurring finance workflows, and communicate data issues effectively.
