About This Role
- Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns including planning, execution, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracting, and relationships while ensuring timely campaign delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior executives, and act as key client/internal contact, contributing to campaign strategy and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Marketing with strong influencer campaign management exposure.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn platforms and influencer marketing tools/analytics.
- Work Mode: On-site (WFO) in Pune or Bangalore; Immediate joiners preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating strategically across influencer campaign ideation, execution, and client communication in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple influencer campaigns concurrently with ability to mentor junior staff.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills and familiarity with influencer ecosystems and emerging social media trends.
