About This Role
- Own end-to-end review and delivery of statutory accounting, reporting, tax provisions, and monthly close activities for assigned entities.
- Manage first level review of statutory accounts, tax provisions, VAT returns, and financial reconciliations, ensuring timely regulatory filings and audit support.
- Engage with Legal Entity Controllers (LEC), internal teams, and auditors to ensure compliance, quality audit binder maintenance, and smooth financial close processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6+ years post-qualification experience OR CA Inter (semi-qualified) / Commerce graduate with 10+ years relevant experience in statutory audits, month-end close, and taxation.
- Expertise in GAAP accounting principles and statutory tax regulations.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and global teams; proficient in data analysis and communication.
- Flexibility to work in shifts; location: Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing or reviewing team deliverables in statutory audits, tax provisions, and financial reporting within a corporate finance environment.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle, Essbase, Caseware, Workiva, and advanced MS Office or Power BI skills.
- Capable of multi-tasking under stringent deadlines and coordinating with cross-functional global teams for timely financial operations.
