About This Role
- Design and implement data warehouse architectures and ensure efficient data integration and management.
- Lead data warehousing projects including project management, client communication, and risk monitoring with minimal supervision.
- Provide strategic insights, optimize ETL and database performance, and offer training to promote a data-driven organizational culture.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant consulting-industry experience.
- Engineering/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field from Tier-I/Tier-II institution with strong academic performance.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical datasets and proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
- Willingness to work US overlapping hours (3-4 hours) and support US clients; strong project and people management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and delivering end-to-end data warehouse projects with client-facing responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, management best practices, and pharma domain data application.
- Capable of working in an international matrix environment and effectively communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences.
