Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of relevant consulting-industry experience.
Engineering/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field from Tier-I/Tier-II institution with strong academic performance.
Strong knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical datasets and proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
Willingness to work US overlapping hours (3-4 hours) and support US clients; strong project and people management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and delivering end-to-end data warehouse projects with client-facing responsibilities.
Deep understanding of data modeling, management best practices, and pharma domain data application.
Capable of working in an international matrix environment and effectively communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences.
