Minimum Requirements
Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce logistics domain.
Experience specifically in partner onboarding and training for Last Mile and sorting operations.
Experience in control tower and field operations is a plus but not mandatory.

Experienced in managing end-to-end Last Mile logistics operations with partner networks.
Operationally focused with ability to conduct facility audits and enforce compliance.
