Own partner onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management for Last Mile operations within the cluster.
Regularly visit partner facilities across multiple cities to conduct audits, address operational gaps, and ensure compliance.
Drive key operational metrics end-to-end, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements to meet performance targets.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
3-5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics domain.
Experience specifically in partner onboarding and training within Last Mile and sorting operations.
Experience in control tower and field operations is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated capability managing multi-location operations involving partner networks in Last Mile logistics.
Experience owning and improving operational processes with measurable performance accountability.
Comfortable with field visits and audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
