Lead technical direction and execution of QA testing including creation and execution of test scripts and quality metrics.
Establish formal QA process with quality gates and exit criteria aligned to customer expectations for functionality and performance.
Collaborate closely with Software Development Teams and HVAC Subject Matter Experts to optimize testing and improve code quality.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3 years progressive specialty experience can substitute for each year of education).
7+ years IT Testing experience in a leadership role.
4+ years Agile experience, preferably within SAFe framework.
Proficiency in C#, test design, automation tools, and frameworks; experience creating and approving test plans and strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing QA in complex software development environments with proven ability to train and coach QA testers.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile (especially SAFe), and root cause analysis techniques such as 8D.
Capable of leading quality improvement initiatives with measurable impact on testing accuracy and software release quality.
