Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Execute and monitor production processes for over 80 countries ensuring highest accuracy and quality globally.
Provide first and second level support for Mainframe infrastructure, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, fixing, and escalating production issues.
Implement process enhancements and automations; ensure timely completion of batch cycles and production deliverables, and maintain updated process documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Basic knowledge of Mainframe technologies including JCL, COBOL, ESP, REXX.
Master's degree in MCA, MSc, BE, BTech or equivalent.
0-1 years of experience in Mainframe Development or Support functions.
Work Experience Required: 0-1 years in relevant Mainframe domain; Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working in a 24x7 production support environment with escalation responsibilities.
Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and batch job issues effectively.
Familiarity with production reporting tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI to communicate statistics to clients.
