Develop and maintain Epicor product by creating and executing test cases across manual, exploratory, regression, UI, and API testing.
Create, maintain, execute, and analyze automated test cases using programming languages and testing frameworks, including leveraging AI tools for test generation and defect analysis.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce issues, track defects, verify fixes, and communicate testing outcomes and risks clearly to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
1+ years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, software development, or related field.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Foundational knowledge in software testing fundamentals, UI testing, API testing, test automation, defect lifecycle, and quality practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working within product development teams, collaborating with developers and product managers to ensure product quality.
Comfortable applying AI tools responsibly for test case generation, defect analysis, and documentation support.
Ability to clearly communicate testing results and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
