Lead architecture, design, and development of next-generation Telematics and Core Information Software platforms.
Own software quality improvement through code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.
Drive performance optimization, root cause analysis, and debugging of complex embedded systems.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related field.
14+ years of software development experience with significant focus on Telematics, Connected Systems, or Embedded Software.
Strong hands-on expertise in C, Modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20), Python, and Embedded Linux development.
Experience with MQTT, ROS2, gRPC, TCP/IP Networking, multi-threaded and distributed systems; proficiency in Git, CI/CD, DevOps, debugging and profiling tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated leadership in technical architecture and ability to influence direction across multiple teams.
Strong hands-on skills combined with strategic architectural thinking in embedded and connected vehicle software domains.
Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools and Agentic AI frameworks into software lifecycle.
