Manage and support production Charles River IMS systems for multiple clients, including user administration, configuration, testing, and operational processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated production issues, manage migration of changes to production, and assist with system availability, performance, upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to transition new clients to production and continuously improve service delivery, including automation and process enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or Business with IT concentration.
Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting mission-critical production software applications.
Experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server preferred; experience with Charles River IMS or securities trading software preferred.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or PowerShell; knowledge of servers, networks, and DevOps technologies preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing production environments for financial software applications, preferably Charles River IMS or similar trading systems.
Skilled at both technical troubleshooting and stakeholder collaboration to deliver seamless client support and system enhancements.
