Manage daily operations and service delivery of the OTC trade processing team ensuring accuracy of OTC trades and valuations.
Lead performance management, staff development, resource planning, and client relationship management for the team.
Drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as senior escalation point for operational issues and project support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above mandatory.
9+ years experience in financial services and/or back/middle-office operations; derivatives trade processing experience required.
At least 2 years team management experience (Team Leader/Assistant Manager).
Flexibility to work shifts; familiarity with MS Access is an advantage but not mandatory.
