Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery of the OTC trade processing team ensuring accurate trade and valuation processing.
Lead process improvement initiatives, performance and resource planning including staff development, training, and succession planning for the team.
Act as senior escalation point for operational and compliance issues; manage client relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs, regulatory requirements, and project implementation support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree or above.
9+ years experience in financial services and/or back/middle-office operations including derivatives trade processing.
Minimum 2 years in people/team management roles (Team Leader/Assistant Manager).
Flexibility to work in shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with proven track record in staff development and managing operational teams in derivatives processing.
Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives, financial instruments, regulatory environment, and reconciliation processes.
