Research, analyze, validate, and maintain accuracy of global corporate action events, including event attributes and lifecycle updates.
Prepare, review, and release timely client notifications aligned with market announcements and custodian requirements, managing workflow and exception queues.
Execute risk and control procedures, support internal and client inquiries, and contribute to continuous process improvements in corporate actions operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
1 to 4 years of experience in Corporate Actions, Custody Operations, Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, Securities Operations, or Financial Services Operations.
Preferred technical knowledge of corporate actions including mandatory and voluntary events, income events, securities, market deadlines, SWIFT standards, and custody/fund accounting concepts.
Preferred familiarity with systems such as MCH, GCAS, Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and internal corporate actions platforms.

Experience operating under tight market deadlines with capability to manage multiple workflows and exceptions effectively.
Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial market announcements accurately.
