Lead the architecture, technical vision, and hands-on delivery of secure, scalable Agentic AI platforms, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows integrated with enterprise systems.
Own the full technical lifecycle including process discovery, designing AI and RPA workflows using UiPath, cloud AI services, and ensuring production-grade systems with observability, security, and governance.
Provide technical leadership through mentoring, design/code reviews, stakeholder management, delivery planning, and resolving complex production issues to accelerate reliable AI adoption and measurable operational outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
10–12 years of technology experience with at least 6 years in delivering enterprise AI and automation solutions including Generative or Agentic AI initiatives.
Extensive hands-on experience with production-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, Amazon Bedrock, or equivalents.
Proven expertise in Business Process Automation, RPA (UiPath Automation Cloud), Python development, APIs, CI/CD, cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry), and enterprise security/governance requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, Information Systems or related field; Master's preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated leadership in complex AI engineering projects combining architecture ownership, mentoring, and cross-team delivery in regulated or enterprise environments.
Strong background in integrating AI agents with workflow automation and RPA, with a focus on production reliability, security, and responsible AI governance.
