Lead and manage a team of Compute Platform Ops Engineers to maintain peak performance of FactSet’s containerized compute platforms (FactSet.io, Kubernetes).
Provide first-tier operational support, incident response, and customer support to platform users.
Plan, test, execute upgrades and improvements, automate administrative tasks, and enhance platform documentation to reduce operational burdens.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Kubernetes.
Work location: Hyderabad, India.

Experienced in technical leadership and team management within compute platform operations.
Skilled in Kubernetes and containerized platform incident and change management processes.
