Define and drive AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver measurable business value across enterprise use cases.
Lead end-to-end program management of AI initiatives including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and governance to ensure delivery on scope, budget, and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder engagement for AI product adoption, governance, and value realization including KPIs and success metrics reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience in Product Management, Program Management, Digital Transformation, or related field with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI initiatives.
Experience managing large-scale cross-functional AI programs involving business, product, technology, data, and compliance teams.
Proficient with AI platforms such as Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, Google Vertex AI, or similar enterprise platforms.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related field; MBA or AI-related certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with a strong track record in defining AI product strategies and managing multi-team AI program delivery in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
