Lead design and deployment of Microsoft Purview solutions for compliance, data protection, insider risk, and regulatory requirements across enterprise environments.
Own and operationalize Insider Risk & eDiscovery processes, integrate Purview with Microsoft Defender, Intune, and identity signals to enhance governance.
Mentor junior consultants, lead stakeholder workshops with cross-functional teams, and define KPIs and compliance maturity metrics for program success.
Minimum Requirements
5-6 years of experience specifically in M365 Security & Compliance with leadership in Microsoft Purview implementations.
Mandatory SC-400 certification on Microsoft Purview and proven hands-on expertise in Purview Information Protection, Auto-labeling, Endpoint DLP, Adaptive Protection, Insider Risk, eDiscovery, and Compliance Manager.
Bachelor of Technology degree required; any graduate/postgraduate acceptable if B.Tech not held but preference implied for B.Tech.
Proven experience working with large multi-geo M365 tenants and delivering in consulting or GSI environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise or regulated industry deployments involving complex compliance and data protection frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS).
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills with experience leading workshops for Legal, Compliance, HR, InfoSec, and IT teams.
Skilled in building scalable, future-proof compliance architectures that reduce data leakage incidents and facilitate successful audits with high business adoption of labels and DLP controls.
